摘要
在分析选区激光熔化、激光熔化沉积、电子束熔炼这三种不同增材制造工艺原理的基础上,从热源、材料、工艺三个方面着重研究了影响增材制造的工艺机理,最终得出材料为制约增材制造工艺发展的主要因素,为加强对金属材料在增材制造工艺的适用性研究提供参考。
On the basis of analysis of three different manufacturing process principles of laser melting,laser melting and deposition,electron beam melting,the mechanism of influencing the manufacturing process of the increasing material is emphatically studied from the aspects of heat source,material and process.Finally,it is concluded that the material is the main factor to restrict the development of the manufacturing process of the material,and the applicability of the metal material to the manufacturing process of the increasing material should be strengthened.
