采用硫化工艺方法更换提升皮带机皮带的分析

Analysis of Replacing Belt of Hoist Belt by Vulcanization Process

针对提升皮带机皮带使用过程中出现的磨损、刮伤、断裂等故障,分析了接头硫化工作原理、接头质量主要影响因素以及皮带硫化工艺过程,制定了皮带更换的安全保障措施,并以1200ST2000型皮带为测试对象,对皮带硫化更换过程进行了现场实施测试,验证了该硫化工艺方法及安全保障措施的可行性。该研究对提高皮带接头的质量和皮带使用寿命具有重要意义,也可为现场实施提供重要的实践指导。

In view of wear,scratch,fracture and other faults in the course of belt use of lifting belt conveyor,the working principle of joint vulcanization,the main influencing factors of joint quality and the process of belt vulcanization process are analyzed,and the safety measures for belt replacement are worked out.Taking 1200ST2000 belt as the test object,the field test of belt vulcanization replacement process was carried out,and the feasibility of the vulcanization process and safety measures were verified.In this study,it is necessary to raise the number of people who have been mentioned in this study.The quality of the high-belt joint and the service life of the belt are of great significance,and also provide important practical guidance for on-site implementation.
