强力皮带机安全防护的现状及改进措施的研究

Research on the Present Situation and the Improvement of the Safety Protection of the Strong Belt Conveyor

屯兰矿选煤厂708强力皮带机安全防护措施不到位,频繁发生伤人事故,给选煤厂造成了较大的经济损失。基于此,针对708强力皮带机安全防护措施的现状进行了分析,对能够造成工作人员伤害的运转部位进行了阐述,根据皮带机安全防护措施的不足对强力皮带机从滚筒、防护罩、护栏、盖板等多处进行了改进。实践应用情况良好,暂皮带机无伤人事故,为选煤厂创造了较好的安全经济效益。

The safety protection measures of 708 strong belt conveyor in Tunlan Coal preparation Plant are not in place,and frequent injury accidents have caused great economic losses to the coal preparation plant.Based on this,this paper analyzes the present situation of the safety protection measures of 708 strong belt conveyor,expounds the running parts which can cause injury to the staff,and improves the strong belt conveyor from drum,protective cover,guardrail,cover plate and so on according to the deficiency of the safety protection measures of the belt conveyor.The practice and application situation is good,and the temporary belt machine has no injury accident,which has created better safety and economic benefit for coal preparation plant.
