从借鉴解析到扎根本土——建国以来的中国教育财政研究 被引量:1

摘要 教育经费问题是我国教育事业发展和改革过程中最为关键的环节。本研究运用文献分析法和科学知识图谱,对建国以来我国教育财政研究从研究成果、研究主题内容、研究的演进逻辑以及研究的未来展望四个方面进行系统分析发现:我国教育财政研究呈现出明显的"一味的引进借鉴--以中国问题为导向,以西方理论经验和方法为工具进行解释分析--扎根中国本土,立足新时代中国特色,以逐步完善和构建具有中国特色的教育财政为目标"研究脉络和逻辑。总的来看,建国以来中国教育财政研究经历了从借鉴解析西方教育财政研究到立足本土,结合国情展开自主研究的转变,在服务乃至引领中国新时期教育财政体制改革过程中发挥着愈加重要的作用。 The issue of education funding is the most critical part in the development and reform of education in China. This study systematically analyzes four aspects of China’s educational finance researches, including research results, subjects, research evolution logic and future prospects, by means of literature survey and Mapping Knowledge Domains since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. It is found that the researching process is from simply introducing and learning to use western experience and methods to analyze domestic phenomena based on Chinese problems and finally developing to that rooted in native studies, which aims to gradually improve and build education finance with Chinese characteristics. In general, since the establishment of China,educational finance research in China has undergone a transformation from the reference analysis of west to the independent research based on the national conditions, and has played an increasingly important role in serving, even leading the reform of China’s education finance system in the new era.
