标准化病人情景模拟实践教学对高职护生临床能力影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨在高职护理专业实践教学中应用标准化病人进行情景模拟教学法对护生临床能力的影响,为推进高职护理教学改革提供依据。方法 采用随机整群抽样方法,从安徽省某高职院校2015级5年制高职护理专业3年级8个班中抽取4个班200名护生作为研究对象,其中2个班(98人)为试验组,采用标准化病人情景模拟教学法进行实践教学,另2个班(102人)为对照组,采用传统病例法进行实践教学。课程结束后通过理论考试与参照客观结构化的操作考试比较两组护生的临床能力得分,并对试验组护生进行教学评价反馈。结果 试验组护生操作考试总分高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组护生的护理评估能力、沟通交流能力与临床处置能力得分高于对照组(P均<0.01),试验组护生对标准化病人情景模拟法应用于实践教学的效果评价较好。结论 在高职护理专业实践教学中应用标准化病人进行情景模拟教学法可提高护生的临床能力与教学满意度。 Objective To explore the influence of applying scenario simulation practical teaching method by using standardized patients in the practical teaching on the clinical abilities of higher vocational nursing students,to provide evidence for the teaching reform of nursing in higher vocational college.Methods According to the random cluster sampling method,totally 200 nursing students out of four classes were selected as objects of the study.The object students were from eight classes of five-year nursing students of Grade 3 those who admitted to a higher vocational college of Anhui province in 2015.2 classes(98 students)that applied standardized patients scenario simulation in practical teaching were taken as experimental group.The other 2 classes that applied traditional case methods in practical teaching were taken as control group.At the end of the course,the clinical abilities of the two groups were compared through theory exam and objective and structured operational examination(OSCE).Meanwhile,feedback of teaching evaluation was conducted in experimental group.Results The total score of operational examination in experimental group exceeded that of control group(P<0.01).The total score of their nursing evaluative abilities,communicative abilities,and clinical abilities of experimental nursing students exceeded that of control group(P<0.01).The students in experimental group highly appraise the effects of applying standardized patients scenario simulation method in practice teaching.Conclusions The application of standardized patient scenario simulation method in practice teaching could improve clinical abilities and the degree of satisfaction of nursing students.
