自密实RPC流动性能影响因素试验研究

摘要 针对硅灰、粉煤灰、减水剂、钢纤维掺量和砂胶比、水胶比等方面对自密实RPC流动性的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,胶凝材料掺量的变化对流动性影响不大,而水胶比和砂胶比变化影响较大,减水剂掺量应为胶凝材料质量的1.5%。 The effects of silica fume, fly ash, water reducer, steel fiber content, sand-rubber ratio, and water-binder ratio on the fluidity of self-compacting RPC were experimentally studied.The test results show that the change in the amount of cementitious material has little effect on the fluidity, but the change in water-binder ratio and sand-rubber ratio has a greater effect.The amount of water reducer agent should be 1.5% of the mass of the gelling material.
