上下杭历史街区,作为福州近代商贸的缩影,又是福州历史文化名城重要组成部分。在整治过程中,需要保护其历史原真性的同时,又体现街区的有机更新与发展。文章以三捷河片区为例,回顾并思考设计过程中解决的一些问题,为街区保护工作的发展提供有益的借鉴。

As the epitome of modern commerce and trade center of Fuzhou,Shangxiahang Historic Districtis also an important part of historical and cultural city in Fuzhou.In the process of rectification,we need to protect the historical authenticity while reflecting the organic renewal and development of the block.In the article,the Sanjiehe area was taken as an example and some problems was reviewed and solved during the design process toprovides useful basis for the development of the street district protection.
