乌鲁木齐市医疗放射人员外周血淋巴细胞微核率检测结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析乌鲁木齐市放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞染色体微核率水平。方法分析从事放射性工作人员1315例检测研究对象外周血淋巴细胞微核情况。结果1.年龄的增大,不论是微核淋巴细胞率还是淋巴细胞微核率都在增长,F=0.000,P值<0.05,差异有统计学意义。2.随着接触年限的延长,微核淋巴细胞率和淋巴细胞微核率在0-20年内在增长,F=0.000、0.001,P值<0.05,差异有统计学意义。3.性别不同,染色体微核淋巴细胞率和淋巴细胞微核率也不同,女性>男性,F=0.000,P值<0.05,差异有统计学意义;4.民族不同,染色体微核淋巴细胞率和淋巴细胞微核率并没有太大的改变,汉族与少数民族的差异不大,F=0.086、0.067,P值>0.05,差异没有统计学意义。结论医疗从放人员外周血淋巴细胞微核的影响因素主要包括年龄、接触年限,乌鲁木齐市医疗从放人员防护工作需进一步加强。在医疗规模不断扩大的同时,应不断提高新进从放人员的防护意识,加强规范操作指导;增加从放人员淋巴细胞检测,扩大职业监测范围。 Objective:To analyze the chromosome micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocyte of radiation workers in Urumqi.Methods:The micronuclei of peripheral blood lymphocyte in 1315 radiation workers were analyzed.Result:1.With the increase of age,both the rate of micronucleus lymphocyte and the rate of micronucleus lymphocyte increased,F=0.000,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.2.With the prolongation of contact years,the micronucleus lymphocyte rate and lymphocyte micronucleus rate increased within 0-20 years,F=0.000,0.001,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Different genders have different micronucleus lymphocyte rate and lymphocyte micronucleus rate.Female>male,F=0.000,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.4.Different nationalities,the micronucleus rate and lymphocyte micronucleus rate of chromosome micronucleus have not changed much.There is no significant difference between Han and minority nationalities,F=0.086,0.067,P>0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.Conclusion:The main influencing factors of micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocyte of medical slave radiologists include age and contact years.The protection work of medical slave radiologists in Urumqi needs to be further strengthened.At the same time of expanding medical scale,we should constantly improve the protection awareness of new recruits,strengthen standardized operation guidance,increase lymphocyte detection of recruits,and expand the scope of occupational monitoring.
