摘要
目的分析绒毛组织中IGF2及MMP-9表达水平与早期妊娠胚胎停止发育的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月间我院收治的40例胚胎停止发育患者作为观察组,40例正常早孕而人工流产患者作为对照组;采用免疫组化法检测绒毛组织中IGF2及MMP-9表达水平与及其与早期妊娠胚胎停止发育的相关性。结果观察组患者IGF2表达阳性率及高表达率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),MMP-9表达阳性率及高表达率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);早期妊娠胚胎停止发育与IGF2表达水平呈显著负性相关(P<0.05),与MMP-9表达水平呈显著正性相关(P<0.05)。结论绒毛组织IGF2低表达和MMP-9高表达,可能是导早期妊娠胚胎停止发育的重要因素。
Objective:Analyze the correlation between the expression level of IGF2 and MMP-9 in the villus and the developmental arrest of early embryo.Methods:40 cases of patients who were developmental arrest of early embryo,from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital,were considered as the observation group,and 40 cases of patients who were normally pregnant and received abortion were considered as the control group.Use immunohistochemistry method to see the expression level of IGF2 and MMP-9 and the correlation between the expressions and early embryo growth.Results:The positive rate and high expression rate of IGF2 in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the positive rate and high expression rate of MMP-9 were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The expression level of IGF2 was negatively correlated with the cessation of embryonic development in early pregnancy(P<0.05),and positively correlated with the expression level of MMP-9(P<0.05).Conclusions:Low level expression of IGF2 and high level expression of MMP-9 could be the important factors for the developmental arrest of early embryo.
