高迁移率族蛋白B1在糖尿病所致冠心病中的作用

The role of the high mobility group box-1 protein in coronary heart disease associated with diabetes

随着糖尿病所致冠心病人群的增加,以及疾病分子水平研究的发展,高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobility group box-1,HMGB1)在糖尿病及冠心病发病中的致炎作用逐渐引起了更多人的重视。近年来研究发现,HMGB1与糖尿病的发病机制密切相关,血清HMGB1通过其促炎作用参与糖尿病的病理过程;另一方面,糖尿病所致冠状动脉疾病患者的血清HMGB1升高,较高水平的HMGB1与冠状动脉狭窄的严重程度有关。通过总结近年来HMGB1的相关研究,发现HMGB1可通过其促炎作用和包括RAGE与Toll样受体在内的多种信号通路,在糖尿病所致冠心病中发挥重要的作用。

With the increase of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and the development of molecular level research,the high mobility group box-1(HMGB1) has gradually attracted more concentrations on its inflammation causing effects on CHD associated with diabetes.In recent researches,studies have found that HMGB1 is closely related to the pathogenesis of diabetes.Serum HMGB1 participates in the pathological process of diabetes through its pro-inflammatory effect.On the other hand,serum HMGB1 levels,which are related with the severity of coronary artery stenosis,are elevated in diabetic patients with CHD.By summarizing the recent studies on HMGB1,we found that HMGB1 played an important role in CHD associated with diabetes through its pro-inflammatory effect and various signaling pathways including RAGE and Toll-like receptors.
