对晚期局部鼻咽癌患者进行诱导化疗联合放疗与同期放化疗的效果对比

Effect of induction chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with advanced local nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的:比较对晚期局部鼻咽癌患者进行诱导化疗联合放疗与同期放化疗的效果。方法:将2017年2月至2019年1月期间新津县人民医院收治的54例晚期局部鼻咽癌患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机平均分为参照组和观察组。对参照组患者进行同期放化疗。对观察组患者进行诱导化疗联合放疗。然后,比较两组患者的5年总生存率、无瘤生存率、无转移生存率、无复发生存率及体重减轻的平均值。结果:接受治疗后,两组患者的5年总生存率、无瘤生存率、无转移生存率及无复发生存率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者体重减轻的平均值小于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与对晚期局部鼻咽癌患者实施同期放化疗相比,对其进行诱导化疗联合放疗后其生存率未发生明显改变,但其体重减轻的平均值较小。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of induction chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with advanced local nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:54 patients with advanced local nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to xinjin county people’s hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were studied.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Patients in the control group were given concurrent chemoradiotherapy.The observation group was treated with induction chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy.Then,the 5-year overall survival rate,tumor-free survival rate,metastasis-free survival rate,relapse-free survival rate and mean weight loss were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in 5-year overall survival rate,tumor-free survival rate,metastasis-free survival rate and relapse-free survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean weight loss of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with concurrent chemoradiotherapy for patients with advanced local nasopharyngeal carcinoma,the survival rate did not change significantly after induction chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy,but the mean weight loss was smaller.
