对进行手术的股骨颈骨折患者实施舒适护理的效果观察

For the patients with femoral neck fracture surgery effect of comfortable nursing observation

目的:探讨对进行手术的股骨颈骨折患者实施舒适护理的效果。方法:选取2016年7月至2018年12月期间涟水县人民医院收治的98例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为参照组和试验组。在两组患者入院后,均对其进行手术治疗。在两组患者的围手术期,对参照组患者进行常规护理,对试验组患者进行舒适护理。然后比较两组患者治护的效果。结果:试验组患者术后并发症的发生率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分均低于参照组患者,P<0.05;其日常生活能力量表(ADL)的评分高于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对进行手术的股骨颈骨折患者实施舒适护理的效果较为理想,可有效地降低其术后并发症的发生率,缓解其疼痛感,提高其自理能力。

objective:to investigate the effect of comfortable nursing for patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:a total of 98 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to lianshui county people’s hospital from July 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were equally divided into a control group and a trial group.Both groups were treated with surgery after admission.During the perioperative period of patients in both groups,routine nursing was conducted for patients in the reference group and comfort nursing was conducted for patients in the experimental group.Then the effects of treatment and nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:the incidence of postoperative complications and visual analogue score(VAS)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ADL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of comfort nursing for patients with femoral neck fracture is ideal,which can effectively reduce the incidence o f postoperative complications,alleviate their pain,and improve their self-care ability.
