经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of transurethral holmium laser cystectomy in the treatment of non-muscular invasive bladder cancer

目的:探讨用经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的效果。方法:随机选取2017年1月至2018年12月在靖江市中医院泌尿外科就诊的15例膀胱癌患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将这些患者分为钬激光组(8例)和等离子组(7例)。对钬激光组患者采用经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术进行治疗,对等离子组患者采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤等离子电切术进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的各项手术指标和生活质量的评分。结果:钬激光组患者手术的时间、术后导尿的时间、住院的时间均短于等离子组患者,其术中的出血量少于等离子组患者,P<0.05;治疗后,钬激光组患者的生理功能评分、躯体功能评分、精神评分均高于等离子组患者,P<0.05。结论:用经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗膀胱癌的效果显著,可有效地改善患者的临床症状,且安全性较高。

objective:to investigate the effect of transurethral holmium laser cystectomy for non-muscular invasive bladder cancer.Methods:a total of 15 patients with bladder cancer who were admitted to the urology department of jingjiang traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected as subjects.The patients were divided into a holmium laser group(8 cases)and a plasma group(7 cases)according to the random number table.Patients in the holmium laser group were treated with transurethral holmium laser cystectomy,and patients in the plasma group were treated with transurethral cystectomy.Then the surgical indicators and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results:the operation time,postoperative catheterization time and hospitalization time of patients in the holmium laser group were shorter than those in the plasma group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the plasma group(P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological,physical and mental scores of patients in the holmium laser group were higher than those in the plasma group(P<0.05).Conclusion:transurethral holmium laser cystectomy is effective in the treatment of bladder cancer.
