前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效及其安全性

Clinical effect and the safety of alprostadil combined with irbesartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis

目的探讨前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取蕲春县妇幼保健院2016年3月-2018年3月收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者90例,依据治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组予以厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以前列地尔治疗。比较两组临床疗效,肾功能指标〔血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)及24 h尿蛋白定量〕,并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组BUN、Scr及24 h尿蛋白定量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组BUN、Scr及24 h尿蛋白定量低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者肾功能,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the safety of alprostadil combined with irbesartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were selected from March 2016 to March 2018 in Qichun Maternal and Child Health Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Irbesartan,the observation group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of the control group.Clinical effect,renal function index(BUN,Scr and 24 h urine protein quantity) were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant differences in BUN,Scr and 24 h urine protein between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,Bun,Scr and 24 h urine protein quantity in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with irbesartan have an exact clinical effect for chronic glomerulonephritis,it can effectively improve the renal function of patients,and with high safety.
