Analysis and suggestions on irrational use of antibiotics in Department of Neonatal,Shanghai Jiading District Maternal and Child Health Hospital

目的分析上海市嘉定区妇幼保健院新生儿科抗菌药物不合理使用情况,为临床合理用药和医院科学管理提供依据。方法随机抽取本院新生儿科2018年5-8月使用抗菌药物的病历资料120份,并进行抗菌药物专项点评,分析本院新生儿科抗菌药物使用情况及不合理使用情况。结果新生儿科存在过度预防性使用抗菌药物情况;头孢他啶与氨苄西林舒巴坦存在不合理联用;抗菌药物用法用量不合理。结论本院新生儿科抗菌药物使用存在不合理情况,应加强点评,积极发挥临床药师作用,加强医、药合作及行政管理,促进临床合理用药。

Objective Analysis of the analysis and suggestions on irrational use of antibiotics in Department of Neonatal,Shanghai Jiading District Maternal and Child Health Hospital,so as to provide references for clinical rational application and scientific management of antibiotics.Methods Randomly selected 120 medical records of the use of antibiotics in the Department of Neonatology from May to August 2018, and make special comments on antibacterial drugs, to analyze the use and unreasonable use of antibiotics in neonatology department.Results Over-using of antibiotics’ prevention,irrational combination of ceftazidime for injection and ampicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection,improper usage and dosage were found in neonatology in our hospital by the study.Conclusion Irrational application of antibiotics in neonatology in our hospital is still exist, which needs to be reinforced on its administration and gives full play of clinical pharmacists,clinicianspharmacists collaboration needs to be enhanced so as to promote clinical rational medication.
