基于Markov模型的成本-效用研究进展——以子宫肌瘤治疗为例

Research Progress of Cost-effectiveness Based on Markov Model—— A Case of the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

利用Markov模型对医疗服务项目的成本-效用进行经济学评价,在医疗改革的政策研究和临床决策的辅助诊疗方面均具有广泛的意义和价值。本研究以子宫肌瘤治疗为例,对其成本-效用进行研究,利用Markov模型刻画和分析了子宫肌瘤治疗过程中健康状态转移过程,并对子宫肌瘤治疗过程中的成本-效用进行比较和分析,为以后医疗服务项目Markov模型的成本-效用研究提供参考。

Using Markov model to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of medical service projects economically is of great significance and value in policy research of medical reform and assistant diagnosis and treatment of clinical decision-making. Taking the treatment of uterine fibroids as an example, this paper studies its cost-effectiveness, uses Markov model to depict and analyze the process of transition of health status in the treatment of uterine fibroids, and compares and analyses the cost-effectiveness in the treatment of uterine fibroids, providing reference for the cost-effectiveness study based on Markov model in the future.
