人工泪液凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症患者的临床价值

Clinical Value of Artificial Tears Gel Combined with Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops in the Treatment of Dry Eye Patients

目的探讨人工泪液凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月于沈阳爱尔眼视光医院治疗的干眼症患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组使用人工泪液凝胶治疗,观察组采用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合人工泪液凝胶治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率97.44%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.641,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分(1.12±0.42)分,低于对照组的(1.67±0.39)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.211,P<0.05);观察组泪膜破裂时间(BUT)为(12.22±3.13)s,高于对照组的(5.87±1.24)s,差异有统计学意义(t=5.871,P<0.05);观察组基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)(12.91±1.85)mm/5min,高于对照组的(6.97±2.55)mm/5min,差异有统计学意义(t=6.312,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组眼部症状评分为(12.6±2.7)分,明显低于对照组的(14.6±3.3)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.841,P<0.05)。结论治疗干眼症使用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合人工泪液凝胶临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of artificial tears gel combined with Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops in the treatment of patients with dry eye. Methods A total of 78 dry eye patients treated in Shenyang Aier Ophthalmological Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with artificial tears gel, while the observation group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops combined with artificial tears gel. The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups of patients were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%, higher than 79.49% of the control group(χ2=9.641, P<0.05). After treatment, the corneal fluorescein staining(FL) score of the observation group(1.12±0.42) was lower than that of the control group(1.67±0.39), the difference was statistically significant(t=6.211, P<0.05);the tear film rupture time(BUT) of the observation group was(12.22±3.13) s, higher than that of the control group(5.87±1.24) s, the difference was statistically significant(t=5.871, P<0.05);the basic tear secretion test(SIT) in the observation group(12.91±1.85) mm/5 min) was higher than that in the control group(6.97±2.55) mm/5 min), the difference was statistically significant(t=6.312, P<0.05). After treatment, the ocular symptoms score of the observation group was(12.6±2.7), which was significantly lower than that of the control group(14.6±3.3). The difference was statistically significant(t=6.841, P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of dry eye with Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops combined with artificial tears gel has significant clinical effects.
