米那普仑联合艾地苯醌对抑郁症患者情绪和认知功能的影响

Effects of milnacipran combined with idebenone on emotional and cognitive function in patients with depression

目的观察米那普仑联合艾地苯醌对抑郁症患者情绪和认知功能的影响。方法选择医院2017年8月-2018年8月收治的符合ICD-10诊断标准的单相抑郁症患者72例,按照治疗方法不同分为试验组和对照组各36例,试验组给予米那普仑联合艾地苯醌治疗,对照组给予米那普仑治疗,比较2组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及治疗后认知功能。结果治疗后2组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组认知功能各项指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米那普仑联合艾地苯醌治疗抑郁症能减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情况,改善患者认知功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effects of milnacipran combined with idebenone on emotional and cognitive function in patients with depression.Methods 72 patients with unipolar depression diagnosed by ICD-10 from August 2017 to August 2018 in the hospital were selected,and they were divided into the test group(36 cases)and the control group(36 cases)according to the different medicines used by the patients.The test group was treated with milnacipran combined with idebenone,and the control group was treated with milnacipran,the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,and post-treatment cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD and HAMA of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the test group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion milnacipran combined with idebenone in the treatment of depression can alleviate anxiety and depression,and improve patients′cognitive function,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
