摘要
目的观察吗替麦考酚酯联合雷公藤多苷治疗难治性肾病综合征患者的临床效果。方法选择医院2017年2月-2019年1月诊治的难治性肾病综合征患者62例,根据用药方案不同分为2组,每组31例。对照组给予吗替麦考酚酯治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合雷公藤多苷治疗,比较2组治疗效果、治疗前后血清白蛋白水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率为90.32%高于对照组的64.52%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.521,P<0.05)。治疗后2组血清白蛋白水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.088,P>0.05)。结论吗替麦考酚酯联合雷公藤多苷治疗难治性肾病综合征效果好,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of mycophenolate mofetil combined with tripterygium glycosides in patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods 62 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome who were treated in the hospital from February 2017 to January 1919 were selected,according to the different medication regimens,they were divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mycophenolate mofetil,the observation group was treated with tripterygium glycosides on the basis of the control group,the therapeutic effects,serum albumin levels and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(90.32%)was higher than that of the control group(64.52%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.521,P<0.05).After treatment,the serum albumin levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ~2=0.088,P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of mycophenolate mofetil combined with tripterygium glycosides in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome is good,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
