摘要
本文以3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMA)为阳离子醚化剂,CS-8淀粉为原料,微波干法制得季铵型阳离子淀粉。然后通过乳液聚合的方式,合成不同取代度阳离子淀粉包覆的聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)纳米粒子(STMM NPS)。红外光谱证明醚化剂3-氯-2羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMA)成功的接在纳米粒子(STMM NPS)上。元素分析结果说明醚化后的淀粉中N元素的含量明显增加。通过STMM NPs加入胎牛血清(FBS)蛋白前后粒径变化以及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)实验,证明不同电荷的STMM NPS抗蛋白吸附能力,不会随着ζ电位变化而变化。
In this work, 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride was used as the cationic etherification agent, CS-8 starch was used as the raw material, and the quaternary ammonium type cationic starch was prepared by microwave dry method. Poly(methyl methacrylate) nanoparticles(STMM NPS)coated with different degrees of cationic starch were then synthesized by emulsion polymerization. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy confirmed that the etherifying agent 3-chloro-2 hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride(CHPTMA) was successfully attached to the nanoparticles(STMM NPS). The results of the elemental analyzer indicate that the content of N element in the starch after etherification is significantly increased. The STMM NPs were added to the fetal bovine serum(FBS) protein before and after particle size changes and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) experiments, demonstrating that the STMM NPS protein corona-free capacity of different charges does not change with the zeta potential.
