浅谈石化企业安全文化建设中的思考与实践 被引量：3

摘要 石化企业安全文化建设作为管控企业风险和预防事故的一项重要手段,近年来,被提升到一个越来越重要的位置,笔者作为某"全国安全文化示范企业"建设的重要参与者,从安全文化建设的实践出发,对企业安全制度体系、日常监督机制及安全"软"文化建设等方面的具体做法进行了总结和思考,就如何提高石化类企业安全文化建设水平进行了探讨,并具有一定的可行性。
