摘要
装配式建筑具有节能、环保、缩短工期等优点,装配式建筑的梁、柱和剪力墙等预制构件一般采用是灌浆套筒连接,套筒内部的灌浆质量直接影响装配式建筑的安全。通过在灌浆套筒过程中设置钢筋偏位和其他缺陷,采用冲击回波法对灌浆套筒内缺陷进行定位测试及灌浆缺陷尺寸精度的研究。检测结果表明:对于单排布置的灌浆套筒,冲击问波能够检测到混凝土构件内部灌浆套筒的缺陷位置及缺陷尺寸,检测精度较优;对于双排布置灌浆套筒的构件,无法准确定位出缺陷的位置以及缺陷尺寸,检测精度不良。
The Assembly building has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,shortering construction period and so on,and the prefabricated components such as beams,columns and shear walls are generally connected by grouting sleeves.The quality of grouting inside the sleeve directly affects the safety of the assembly building.In this paper,the position and size of the defects of the grouting sleeve were detected by shock echo method through setting the deviation of reinforcement and other defects in the process of grouting sleeve.The test results shows that the impact echo can detect the defects position and size of the internal grouting sleeve of concrete members for single-row grouting sleeves,and the detection accuracy is better.However,for the components of double-row grouting sleeve,the location and size of defects cannot be accurately located,and the detection accuracy is poor.
