摘要
利用磷酸镁水泥与固体废弃物制备磷酸镁水泥基复合材料,不仅可降低磷酸镁水泥自身的经济成本,也绿色化、资源化地处置了固体废弃物,同时也在一定程度上改善了磷酸盐水泥的性能。本文介绍了利用粉煤灰、钢渣微粉等固体废弃物制备磷酸镁水泥基复合材料,阐述了不同掺合料对磷酸镁水泥的工作性能、力学性能、耐久性能的影响,并从水化与微结构角度分析了固废微粉对磷酸镁水泥的影响机制。
The utilization of magnesium phosphate cement and solid waste in preparing magnesium phosphate cem ent-based com posite materials cannot only reduce the cost of the magnesium phosphate cement itself,but also recycledand reusedthe solid waste,the performance ofcement was improved simultaneously.This paper introduces the magnesium phosphate cem ent-based composites prepared from fly ash and steel slag powder,and reviews the effects of different blending materials on the workability,mechanical properties and durability of magnesium phosphate cement from the viewpoint of microstructure andcement hydration.
