海口市三级甲等综合医院护士职业倦怠现状及影响因素 被引量:12

Current situation and influencing factors of job burnout among nurses in grade-A tertiary general hospitals of Haikou City

摘要 目的探讨海口市三级甲等综合医院护士职业倦怠的现状及其影响因素,为制定干预措施提供参考依据。方法2019年2-3月采用方便抽样的方法,对海口市三级甲等综合医院护士进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果共收集到有效问卷804份,职业倦怠的总体检出率为70.5%,其中中度倦怠222人,重度倦怠345人;年龄、工龄、技术职称及婚姻状况是职业倦怠的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论海口市三级甲等综合医院护士职业倦怠检出率较高,工作倦怠情况不容乐观。适当的激励机制、完善的医院支持系统及丰富的文化生活可以减轻护士职业倦怠。 Objective To discuss the status and influential factors of job burnout among nurses in grade-A tertiary general hospitals of Haikou City,provide basis for developing the intervention measures.Methods By using the convenient sampling method,the questionnaires survey was used to investigate in nurses in grade-A tertiary general hospitals of Haikou City from February to March in 2019.The data were analyzed.Results A total of 804 valid questionnaires were collected.The total detection rate of job burnout was 70.5%,and there were 222 cases of moderate burnout and 345 cases of severe burnout.Age,length of service,professional title,and marital status were influencing factors of job burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of job burnout is higher among nurses in grade-A tertiary general hospitals of Haikou City and the job burnout situation is not optimistic.Taking appropriate incentive mechanism,perfecting supportive system,providing enriched cultural and recreational activities can reduce job burnout among nurses.
