2019年天津市安定医院后勤人力资源现状

Current situation of human resources in logistics in Tianjin Anding Hospital in 2019

摘要 目的分析2019年天津市安定医院后勤人力资源现状,为提升医院后勤管理水平提出相关建议。方法2019年4月,运用问卷统计和现场访谈法,对2019年天津市安定医院后勤人员相关特征指标进行分析。结果共调查医院后勤人员31人,主要为高中学历,占35.48%;31~40年工龄占比超过50%;职称结构为无职称的占据首位,占67.74%。结论2019年天津市安定医院后勤人员整体文化程度较低且存在年龄结构不平衡的现象。医院应鼓励后勤人员进行学历提升,结合政策制度给予后勤人员更多的学习机会,持续推进后勤服务社会化,引进高学历专业人才,建立激励机制。 Objective To investigate the current situation of human resources in logistics in Tianjin Anding Hospital in 2019,provide relevant suggestions for improving hospital logistics management.Methods In April 2019,questionnaire statistics and onsite interviews were used to analyze the relevant characteristic indexes of logistic staff in Tianjin Anding Hospital in 2019.Results Totally 31 logistic workers in hospital were investigated,most of them had the high school education accounting for35.48%.Over 50%of workers had the working age of 31-40 years.For the structure of professional title,the workers without professional title accounted for the largest proportion(67.74%).Conclusion In 2019,The overall education level of logistics staff in Tianjin Anding Hospital is low and there is an imbalance of age structure.The hospital should encourage logistic staff to improve their educational level,provide more learning opportunities based on relevant policies and systems for logistic staff,promote the socialization of logistics service,introduce highly educated professionals for logistics department,and establish an incentive mechanism.
