摘要
Urban regeneration has been a hot topic in contemporary urban development in China,and the major challenge to it is the construction of a suitable management institution.At present,only a few cities in China have established the basic institution framework for urban regeneration,while most cities are still in exploration.Therefore,how to solve the institutional issue of urban regeneration and establish a well-rounded urban regeneration system is a practical problem and a major challenge faced by many Chinese cities.
