摘要 由于口腔颌面外科手术的复杂性和高风险性,计算机辅助导航技术在颌面部创伤、异物残留、肿瘤和畸形等领域的应用不断增加。与传统手术方式相比,导航技术具有提高手术精度、缩短手术时间、避免重要组织损伤的优点。本文对导航技术的功能实现、影响精准度的因素及解决方法和临床应用等方面作一综述,并对其发展趋势作出展望。 The complexity and high risk of oral and maxillofacial surgery have led to an increasing application of computer-assisted technology in the fields of maxillofacial trauma, retention of foreign body, tumors and deformity. Compared with the traditional surgical methods, computer-assisted navigation technology shows the advantages of improving surgical accuracy, shortening operation time and avoiding tissue damage. The aim of this review is to summarize the functional realization of navigation technology, factors affecting accuracy and its solution and clinical applications, and explore its development trend.
