摘要
玛湖油田是致密砂砾岩油藏,钻井提速存在诸多困难。基于对玛湖油田地质分析,多措并举,实现了钻井提速。从优选PDC钻头着手,适时采用旋转导向工具,配合中空螺杆、大尺寸钻具、水力振荡器等辅助工具,实现钻井提速;加强钻井液研发,形成一套适应该区块的有机盐钻井液体系,增强井壁的稳定性,有效防止邻井压裂液侵入;分析岩屑运移机理,弄清岩屑床形成原因,并找出钻进排量、钻杆转速和钻井液流变性等与井筒清洁的关系,维护井筒清洁。
Mahu oilfield is a tight sand conglomerate reservoir where there are many difficulties in drilling acceleration.To realize drilling speed,multiple measures are taken simultaneously based on the geological analysis of Mahu Oilfield:Starting from optimizing PDC bit and adopting the rotary guide tool at the right time together with the auxiliary tools such as the hollow screw,large size drilling tool and hydraulic oscillator;Strengthening drilling fluid research and development to form a set of organic salt drilling fluid system suitable for this block and enhancing the stability of the well wall to effectively prevent the invasion of fracturing fluid in adjacent wells;Analyzing the mechanism of cuttings migration to find out the cause of formation of cuttings bed;And finding out the relationship between drilling displacement,rod rotation speed and drilling fluid rheology and wellbore cleanness,so as to maintain wellbore cleanness.
