油基钻井液降粘剂研制及现场应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对深层页岩气钻井液密度高,以及油基老浆流变性差的问题,采用强润湿反转剂,沥青分散剂、多点吸附表面活性剂复配而研制了一种油基降粘剂,该油基降粘剂能够降低粘度30%以上,提高了油基钻井液流动性和老浆重复利用率。该油基降粘技术在工区多口井进行了现场应用,应用效果良好。 In order to solve the problems of high density of deep shale gas drilling fluid and poor rheology of oil-based old slurry, a kind of oil-based viscosity reducing agent is developed by combining strong wetting reversal agent, asphalt dispersant and multi-point adsorption surfactant. The oil-base viscosity reducing agent can reduce the viscosity by more than 30% and improve the fluidity of oil-base drilling fluid and the reuse rate of old slurry. The oil-base viscosity reduction technology has been applied in several wells in the working area and the result is good.
