江汉油田水基钻井废物资源化利用的实践探索

摘要 江汉油田主要采用就地固化防渗填埋处理方式处理钻井废物。这种处理方式,随着时间的推移,易造成有害物质渗出,污染环境,遗留环保隐患。开展“水基钻井废物随钻治理及资源化利用技术”的先导试验,采用振动筛-螺旋输送器-收集罐-搅拌罐-罐装暂存处理流程,形成产废-回收-处理-资源化利用的良性循环,保证钻井现场不遗留污染物,实现了钻井废物无害化治理和资源化利用的清洁生产目标。 Jianghan Oilfield mainly uses in-situ solidification and anti-seepage landfill treatment to treat drilling waste.This kind of treatment,as time goes by,is easy to cause the harmful substances exudation and the environment pollution,thus leaving environmental hazards.Pilot test on water-based drilling waste treatment technology while drilling and resource utilization technology is carried out.the treatment process of vibrating screen-spiral conveyor-collecting tank-stirring tank-canned temporary storage is Adopted to form a virtuous cycle of drilling wastes-recycling-treatment-resource utilization.In addition,the separated water can be reused to form recycling,so as to ensure that no pollutants are left on the drilling site and realize the clean production goal:harmless treatment and resource utilization of drilling wastes.
