摘要
随着电气设备在钻井现场的使用越来越广泛,其电气设备故障率也在不断增加。电气设备故障大多源于设备本身和人为两个因素。其中,设备本身的原因主要是设备老化,人为因素则主要源于技术人员能力不足,工作人员操作不当等。在现场,当电气设备出现故障时一般采用观察法和仪器检测法相结合的方法进行排除,但应按照先机械后电气,先静后动,由外而内的顺序进行检查,尤其要加强对设备的断路器、空开、保险管等保护元件的检查。
With the extensive use of electrical equipment in drilling site, the failure rate of the electrical equipment is increasing. Electrical equipment failures are mostly caused by the equipment itself and human factors, among which, the reason of the equipment itself is mainly aging of the equipment, while the human factors are mainly caused by insufficient technical personnel's ability and improper operation of the staff. In the field, when the electrical equipment fails, observation method and instrument detection method are generally used to eliminate the fault, but Inspection should be carried out from mechanical to electrical, from static to dynamic and from the outside in. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection of the protective elements such as the equipment's circuit breaker, air switch and safety tube.
