以煤制油烷烯烃制备的烷基苯磺酸钠性能研究

Study on Application Properties of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonate Prepared from Coal-to-liquids

研究了基于煤制油烷烯烃制备的直链烷基苯磺酸钠(简称煤制烷基苯磺酸钠)的理化性能和在洗涤产品中的应用性能。结果表明,煤制烷基苯磺酸钠各项物理化学指标符合GB/T 8447-2008的要求。与传统石油制直链烷基苯磺酸钠相比,煤制烷基苯磺酸钠的润湿性能较好,乳化性能略低,泡沫较多。在洗衣粉、洗衣液和餐具洗涤产品中,两种磺酸盐的去污力和去油率相当。

Experiments were carried out to study the physicochemical properties of linear alkyl benzene sulfonate prepared from coalto-liquids and its application properties in washing products.The results showed that the physical and chemical indexes of the linear alkyl benzene sulfonate prepared from coal-to-liquids met the requirements of GB/T 8447-2008.In terms of application performance,compared with traditional petroleum-based linear alkyl benzene sulfonate,the linear alkyl benzene sulfonate prepared from coal-to-liquids has better wetting ability,lower emulsifying ability and more foam.Each kind of sulfonate has the same detergency and oil degreasing ability in washing powder,liquid detergent and dishwashing detergent.
