生物表面活性剂槐糖脂研究概况

Research Situation of Sophorolipid, a Kind of Biosurfactant

从化学结构、理化性质、生物合成、主要应用、目前研究重点等方面对槐糖脂的研究概况进行综述,指出未来研究的重点将紧紧围绕如何降低成本而展开。一是在生产菌株改造方面,通过诱变和基因改造,筛选出产量更高、遗传性更稳定的高产菌株;二是对发酵生产工艺进行更深层次的优化,尤其是分离纯化阶段的研究,开发出适合规模化生产的发酵工艺;三是拓宽廉价原材料的范围,进一步降低生产成本;四是对槐糖脂的结构、活性及其构效关系进行更深入的研究,为槐糖脂的开发应用创造更广阔的前景。

Research situation of the sophorolipidregarding its chemical structure,physicochemical properties,biosynthesis,main application,research focuses was summaried.The futune research will be closely focused on how to reduce the cost.Research emphasis of the sophorolipid in future was pointed out,the key problem was how to reduce production cost.The first is high-yield strain with stable hereditay should be selected through mutation and gene modification.The second is production process should be further optimized especially on extraction and purification in orde to realize large scale production.The third is cheap raw materials should be further developed in orde to further reduce production cost.The fourth is the structure,pharmacological activity and structure-activity relationship of the sophorolipid shoud be further studied,and application field of the sophorolipid was expected to be further expanded.
