为了提高A186D型梳棉机梳理新疆机采棉的质量,介绍GFB-Ⅲ型固定盖板装置的局限性及JF-305TA186-0000b型固定盖板装置的技术特点,对比2种固定盖板装置梳理梳棉生条纺14.6 tex K纱的质量。指出:JF-305TA186-0000b型固定盖板装置在降低棉结和减少短绒增加方面效果明显,对提高并稳定成纱质量有益,在其他品种和原料方面的应用还需进一步探索。

In order to improve the carding quality of machine pick-up cotton in Xinjiang with carding machine A186D,introduction is made to the limitations of stationary flat device GFB-Ⅲand the technical characteristics of stationary flat device JF-305TA186-0000b,and the quality of yarn 14.6 tex K carding with the two stationary flat devices is compared.It is pointed out that the stationary flat device JF-305TA186-0000b has obvious effect on reducing neps and short fibres,and is beneficial to improving and stabilizing yarn quality.The application of stationary flat device JF-305TA186-0000b in other varieties and raw materials needs further exploration.
