肿瘤专业医生正负性情绪对职业倦怠感的中介及调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]研究肿瘤专科医院医生的心理健康状况和职业倦怠感,并分析正负性情绪在其中的作用,以期有效降低医生的职业倦怠提供参考。[方法]选取广州市2家肿瘤专科医院医生作为研究对象,采用中文版知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)、Maslach职业倦怠量表-通用版(MBI-GS)以及正负性情绪量表(PANAS)对研究对象的心理压力状况进行了评估。并使用SPSS 20.0软件对数据进行处理分析。[结果]①多重中介模型分析表明:正情绪在紧张感和职业倦怠总分间、紧张感和情绪衰竭间、紧张感与去个性化间均起部分中介作用,其间接效应分别为0.45、0.11、0.13,分别占总效应的26.9%、12.6%、23.2%。负情绪在紧张感和情绪衰竭间也起部分中介作用,间接效应为0.41,占总效应的47.1%;而负情绪在紧张感和职业倦怠总分间、紧张感和去个性化间则起完全中介作用。②调节效应模型分析显示:正情绪在紧张感与情绪衰竭以及紧张感与职业倦怠总分的关系中调节效应均不显著,但正情绪在紧张感和去个性化间的调节效应显著(P<0.001)。[结论]正负情绪可对心理压力与职业倦怠感起到多重中介作用,正情绪可对其中一个维度起到调节作用。 Objective To study mental health status and job burnout of doctor in tumour hospital,analyze the role of positive and negative emotion so as to provide reference for effectively reducing job burnout of doctor.Methods:In this study,it chose the doctor of two tumour hospitals in Guangzhou as the research objects.It used Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey(MBI-GS)and Positive and Negative Affect Schedule(PANAS)to evaluate mental stress of the respondents,and used SPSS 20.0 software to analyze the data.Results:1.Multiple mediation modeling showed that positive emotion had partially mediating function between overall score of tension and job burnout,tension and emotional exhaustion,tension and deindividuation.Their indirect effect was 0.45,0.11 and 0.13 respectively,accounted for 26.9%,12.6%,23.2% of total effects respectively.Negative emotion had partially mediating function between tension and emotional exhaustion,and the indirect effect was 0.41,accounted for 47.1%of total effect.Negative emotion had completely mediating function between the total score of tension and job burnout,tension and deindividuation.2.Regulatory effect mode showed that the regulatory effect was indifference between tension and emotional exhaustion,total score of tension and job burnout.But the regulatory effect was outstanding of that positive emotion in tension and deindividuation(P<0.001).Conclusions Positive and negative emotion act as multiple mediating roles in mental stress and job burnout,and positive emotion can play a regulatory role in one of the dimension.
