云南省城乡居民两周患病率及慢性病患病率现状分析

Analysis on the current situation of two-week prevalence rate and chronic diseases among urban and rural residents in Yunnan Province

[目的]探讨云南省城乡居民慢性病患病率、两周患病率的现状及影响因素,为相关决策部门提供参考。[方法]利用全国卫生服务调查云南省数据,运用描述性统计方法,进行有关指标的计算及比较分析。[结果]2003-2018年,云南省城乡居民慢性病患病率从9.5%上升到37.63%,两周患病率从10.9%上升到37.23%;农村慢性病患病率呈现骤增趋势,2018年农村慢性病患病率首次超过城市。按性别分类,2008-2018年,不同性别的慢性病患病率、两周患病率分别从12.27%、15.99%上升到35.33%、39.87%,且呈现女性高于男性的现象。按年龄组分类,两周患病率总体呈现低龄组和高龄组偏高的现象,且慢性病患病、两周患病均有年轻化趋势。按文化程度分类,慢性病患病率、两周患病率总体呈现低学历者患病率高,高学历者患病率低的现象;慢性病疾病构成前三位依次为循环系统、运动系统及消化系统疾病。[结论]云南省城乡居民的慢性病患病率、两周患病率总体呈现上升趋势,且农村增速高于城市;老年人、女性、文化程度低人群慢性病患病几率较大,且慢性病呈现出年轻化趋势。

Objective To explore the status and influencing factors about prevalence rate of chronic diseases and two-week prevalence rate among urban and rural residents in Yunnan Province so as to provide reference for relevant decision departments.Methods Based on the data of the National Health Service Survey in Yunnan Province,it used descriptive statistical methods to calculate and analyze relevant indicators.Results From 2003 to 2018,the prevalence rate of chronic diseases increased from 9.5% to 37.63%,and the prevalence rate of two-weeks increased from 10.9% to 37.23% in urban and rural residents in Yunnan.The prevalence rate of chronic diseases in rural areas showed a sharp increase trend,and the prevalence rate of chronic diseases in rural areas exceeded the cities'for the first time in 2018.According to gender classification,from 2003 to 2018,the prevalence rate of chronic diseases and the prevalence rate of two-weeks increased from 12.27% and 15.99% to 35.33% and 39.87% respectively,the prevalence rate was higher in women than in men.According to the age group,the two-week prevalence rate was generally higher in junior groups and senior groups,and there was younger trend in chronic diseases and the two-week illness.According to education level,the prevalence rate of chronic diseases and the prevalence rate of two-weeks were higher in low-education patient,and low prevalence rate was in high education group.The top three composed chronic diseases were circulatory system,the exercise system and the digestive system.Conclusions The prevalence rate of chronic diseases and the prevalence rate of two-weeks are generally on the rise in urban and rural residents in Yunnan Province,and the growth rate in rural areas is higher than that in cities.The incidence of chronic diseases is increasing in elderly,female,and low-education populations,and chronic diseases present the trend of getting younger.
