下睑缘切口皮瓣延伸肌皮瓣法联合眼轮匝肌预缝合缩短术在下睑袋整复治疗中的应用

The application of lower eyelid incision flap combined with orbicularis oculi muscle pre suture in the treatment of lower eyelid blepharoplasty

目的探究下睑缘切口皮瓣延伸肌皮瓣法联合眼轮匝肌预缝合缩短术应用于下睑袋整复治疗中的临床效果。方法从2017年11月至2018年10月在我院进行下睑袋整复治疗的患者中选取42例进行研究,以随机数表法将其随机分成2组,每组各21例,试验组采用下睑缘切口皮瓣延伸肌皮瓣法联合眼轮匝肌预缝合缩短术治疗,对照组采用经皮入路下睑袋整形手术治疗,对比两组术后并发症以及患者满意度。结果试验组术后并发症发生率4.76%,较对照组的28.57%明显降低(P<0.05)。术后随访1年,试验组患者对手术效果的总满意度100.0%,显著高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。两组1年睑袋复发率对比无明显的差异性(P>0.05)。结论下睑缘切口皮瓣延伸肌皮瓣法联合眼轮匝肌预缝合缩短术应用于下睑袋整复治疗中效果显著,对周围组织创伤较少,能够有效减少并发症发生,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of lower eyelid incision flap combined with orbicularis oculi muscle pre suturing and shortening in the treatment of lower eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods From November 2017 to October 2018,42 patients with lower eyelid blepharoplasty in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,21 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with lower eyelid margin incision flap combined with orbicularis oculi muscle pre suture and shortening operation,and the control group was treated with lower eyelid blepharoplasty through percutaneous approach.The postoperative complications and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 4.76%,which was significantly lower than the 28.57%of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was 100.0%,significantly higher than the 80.95%of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the recurrence rate of blepharon in one year(P>0.05).Conclusion The lower eyelid margin incision flap combined with orbicularis oculi muscle pre suturing and shortening operation has a significant effect in the treatment of lower eyelid blepharoplasty,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of patients.
