DPL联合0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of DPL combined with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis

目的观察窄谱强脉冲光(DPL)联合0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将64例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者纳入研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各32例患者。观察组采用0.03%他克莫司软膏联合DPL治疗,对照组采用0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗,两组患者在治疗期间均使用医学护肤品(薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜)。于治疗前及治疗结束后2周对患者面部情况进行评分,观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗结束后观察组皮损积分下降较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为78.13%,对照组总有效率为53.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DPL联合0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of narrow spectrum intense pulsed light(DPL)combined with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis.Methods A total of 64 patients with facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment combined with DPL,and the control group was treated with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment.Both groups were treated with medical skin care products(Winona Soothing Moisturizing Care Cream).The patient's facial condition was scored before treatment and 2 weeks after the end of treatment to observe clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results After the end of treatment,the score of skin lesions in the observation group decreased significantly compared with that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 78.13% in the observation group and 53.13% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions DPL combined with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis,and has few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
