二氧化锆固位钉联合纳米树脂充填修复年龄≥65岁前牙大面积缺损患者的疗效评价

Efficacy evaluation of zirconia retention nail combined with nano-resin filling for repairing large area defect of ≥65 years old anterior teeth

目的分析二氧化锆固位钉联合纳米树脂充填修复年龄≥65岁前牙大面积缺损患者的疗效。方法选取我院前牙大面积缺损患者57例(2015年4月~2017年7月),年龄均≥65岁,根据修复方案分为2组。对照组(28例,56颗牙)实施螺纹根管固位钉联合玻璃离子充填,研究组(29例,58颗牙)实施二氧化锆固位钉联合纳米树脂充填。对比2组修复效果、并发症发生率、修复满意度及修复前、修复后咀嚼效能、牙齿松动度(PTV)、牙龈指数(GI)及菌斑指数(PLI)评分。结果研究组修复后6个月A级率(96.55%)高于对照组(80.36%,P<0.05);研究组修复后1、6个月咀嚼功能高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组修复后6个月PLI、GI、PTV低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率6.90%与对照组28.57%比较无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组外观满意度、语音功能、舒适度、咀嚼能力、固位效果5个维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二氧化锆固位钉联合纳米树脂充填应用于年龄≥65岁前牙大面积缺损患者,能显著提高修复效果,减少牙齿菌斑,防止牙齿松动,维持牙龈健康,改善咀嚼功能,且并发症少,修复满意度高。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of zirconia retention nail combined with nano-resin filling in the repair of patients with large anterior teeth of age≥65 years old.Methods A total of 57 patients with large anterior teeth defects(from April 2015 to July 2017)were enrolled in our hospital.The ages were all≥65 years old.They were divided into two groups according to the repair plan.In the control group(28 cases,56 teeth),the thread root canal retention nail was combined with the glass ion filling.The research group(29 cases,58 teeth)was filled with zirconia retention nail and nano-resin.The two groups were compared for repair effect,complication rate,repair satisfaction and pre-repair,post-repair chewing efficacy,tooth looseness(PTV),gingival index(GI)and plaque index(PLI)score.Results The A-grade rate(96.55%)was higher in the study group than in the control group(80.36%,P<0.05).The chewing function of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 1 and 6 months after repair(P<0.05).The PLI,GI and PTV were lower than the control group at 6 months after the repair(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 6.90%compared with the control group of 28.57%(P>0.05).The scores of voice function,comfort,chewing ability and retention effect were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconium dioxide retention nail combined with nano-resin filling can be used to improve the repair effect,reduce dental plaque,prevent tooth loosening,maintain gum health,improve chewing function,and complications.Less,repair satisfaction is high.
