全瓷体修复在上颌前牙牙体缺损患者中的应用及安全性分析

Application and safety analysis of all-ceramic restoration in patients with maxillary anterior teeth defect

目的探究全瓷体修复在上颌前牙牙体缺损患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月~2018年5月我院96例上颌前牙牙体缺损患者(96颗),随机数字表法分组,对照组48例(48颗)采取复合树脂体修复,试验组48例(48颗)采取全瓷体修复。修复后12个月,统计两组修复效果、咀嚼功能(咀嚼效率、最大咬合力)、修复满意度、并发症。结果修复后12个月,试验组修复总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组79.55%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,修复后12个月试验组咀嚼效率及最大咬合力较高(P<0.05);修复后12个月,试验组并发症发生率为8.69%,低于对照组25.00%(P<0.05);修复后12个月,试验组修复满意度为97.83%,高于对照组81.82%(P<0.05)。结论全瓷体修复应用于上颌前牙牙体缺损患者,可减少并发症,改善咀嚼功能,提高修复效果、修复满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of all-ceramic restoration in patients with maxillary anterior teeth defects.Methods 96 patients with maxillary anterior teeth defects(96)from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.48 patients(48 patients)in the control group were treated with composite resin,and 48 patients in the Test group.(48)Take allceramic restoration.12 months after the repair,the two groups were tested for their repair effect,chewing function(chewing efficiency,maximum bite force),repair satisfaction,and complications.Results 12 months after repair,the total effective rate of the Test group was 95.65%,which was higher than that of the control group(79.55%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the chewing efficiency and the maximum bite force of the Test group were higher 12 months after the repair(P<0.05);12 months after repair,the complication rate of the Test group was 8.69%,which was lower than that of the control group(25.00%)(P<0.05).After 12 months of repair,the repair satisfaction of the Test group was 97.83%,higher than The control group was 81.82%(P<0.05).Conclusion Allceramic restoration is applied to patients with maxillary anterior teeth defects,which can reduce complications,improve chewing function,improve repair effect and repair satisfaction.
