当归饮子联合保湿膏治疗血虚风燥型银屑病的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Dangguiyinzi Combined with Moisturizing Cream in Blood Deficiency and Wind Dryness Syndrome Psoriasis

目的对当归饮子联合保湿膏治疗血虚风燥型银屑病的疗效情况进行观察。方法将96例入选的血虚风燥型银屑病患者按照入选顺序分为治疗组和对照组各48例;用口服中药汤剂当归饮子联合保湿膏作为治疗组;用单纯口服中药汤剂当归饮子作为对照组。两组疗程均为8周。结果治疗组的有效率为74.47%,对照组的有效率为53.19%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论当归饮子联合保湿膏治疗血虚风燥型银屑病临床的疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Dangguiyinzi combined with rhizoma atractylodes(rhizoma angelicae)in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome psoriasis.Methods 96 patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome psoriasis were divided into the treatment group and the control group(48 cases)according to the inclusion sequence.Taking Dangguiyinzi as the treatment group;Dangguiyinzi was used as control group.Treatment was 8 weeks in both groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 74.47% and that of the control group was 53.19%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dangguiyinzi combined with humectant has a significant clinical effect on psoriasis of blood deficiency and wind dryness type.
