马克思人化自然观视域下的生态民生建设探析

Analysis on the Construction of Ecological People’s Livelihood from the Perspective of Marx’s Humanized View of Nature

马克思人化自然观中关于生态民生的思想是我国生态民生建设的指导思想之一,蕴含着丰富的生态哲学思想、分析生态问题的科学方法以及指导生态文明建设的重要理论。在全国环境保护大会上确立的习近平生态文明思想是新时代生态文明建设的根本遵循和行动指南,是马克思人化自然思想的最新成果,具有生态民生关怀。进入新时代后,我国生态文明建设取得巨大成功,生态民生建设获得长远进步,但是仍然存在生态环境破坏的趋势未得到根本性扭转、民众生态民生意识缺乏、生态环境监管体制缺位的情况。推进生态民生建设,必须从马克思主义人化自然观出发,大力发展生态经济、切实保护生态环境、重点提供生态产品。

The idea of ecological people's livelihood in Marx's humanized view of nature is one of the guiding ideologies for the construction of ecological peoples livelihood in China.It contains rich ecological philosophy,scientific methods for analyzing ec-ological problems and important theories for guiding the construction of ecological civilization.Xi Jinping's ecological ciliza-tion thought oficially established at the National Ecological Environmental Protection Conference in 2018 is the basic follow-up and important guide for China's ecological civilization construction in the new era.It is the innovation achievement of Marx s bumanized natural thought,which has ecological and people's livehood care.After entering the new era,China's ecological civilization construction has achieved great success.The ecological peoples livelihood construction has achieved long一term pro-gress.However,there are still cases that have not fundamentally changed the deterioration of the ecological resources and envi-ronment,the lack of people's ecological and people's livelihood awareness,and the lack of an ecological environment supervision system.To promote the construction of ecological people's livelihood,we must proceed from the Marxist humanized view of nature,vigorously develop ecological economy,effectively protect natural ecological environment,and focus on providing eco-logical products.
