妇女干部培训的现状、难点与反思——以河南省妇女干部学校为例

妇联组织在联系妇女群众、提高妇女干部队伍的素质能力方面有着不容小觑的作用,其多年来一直致力于妇女干部的培训,也取得了一定的成效。本文通过研究妇女干部培训的现状,发现其存在的难点,并对当下的妇女干部培训进行反思,具有一定的意义。

The Womeifs Federation plays an important role in connecting the masses of women and improving the quality and ability of women cadres.The Womerfs Federation has been devoting itself to the training of women cadres for many years,and has also achieved certain results.This paper studies the current situation of the training of women cadres,finds out its difficulties,and reflects on the current training of women cadres・It has certain significance to improve the present situation of the training of women cadres.
