企业开户备案制对实体经济的助推作用研究——以浙江省台州市为例

Boosting Effect of Enterprise Account Opening Record System Based on Factor Analysis and Grey Theory

为了研究“企业开户核准制调整为备案制”这项金融改革对实体经济的助推作用效果,基于试点城市台州的2018年8月—2019年6月的经济指标数据,利用因子分析法和灰色理论,构建综合评价模型和GM(1,1)模型。结果表明:台州市2019年上半年的经济发展绩效普遍高于2018年下半年,企业开户备案制的实施使台州市2019年5月和6月的经济发展绩效因子得分增加了0.52和0.96,助推了该市实体经济的发展。

In order to study the boosting effect of the financial reform of"enterprise account opening approval system is adjusted to a“record system",this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation model and GM(1,1)model based on the economic index data from August 2018 to June 2019 in taizhou,a pilot city,with the factor analysis method and grey theory.The results show that:the economic development performance of taizhou city in the first half of 2019 is generally higher than that of the second half of 2018.The implementation of the enterprise account filing system increases the economic development performance factor score of taizhou city in May and June of 2019 by 0.52 and 0.96,boosting the development of the real economy of the city.
