摘要
在给电动汽车进行充电时,为了达到高效和充分保护的目的。分析了双边LCC补偿网络与负载无关的恒流与恒压的输出特性,研究了如何进行恒流或恒压充电。同时,在ANSYS软件中对耦合结构进行优化,使其工作频率满足SAE J2954频率标准范围,这样就可以直接用于恒流或者恒压输出的充电系统中。此外,为验证该方法的可行性和有效性,搭建了一台3.3 kW电动汽车无线充电系统的样机。最终表明,无论在恒流还是恒压输出时,其系统效率都是满足要求的。
The goal is to charge them efficiently and protect them adequately for charging electric vehicles.This paper investigates the output characteristics of constant current and constant voltage independent of load for double-sided LCC compensation network,and studies how to carry out constant current or constant voltage charging.At the same time,coupled structure is optimized in ANSYS software,and its working frequency meets the standard range of SAE J2954,so it can directly be used for constant current and constant voltage outputs charging system.In addition,an experimental prototype with up to 3.3 kW wireless charging system is designed,whose system efficiency meets the requirements no matter in constant current or constant voltage output in order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
