摘要
目的:分析叶酸辅助丁苯酞对轻度认知功能障碍患者的效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年1月我院收治的80例轻度认知功能障碍患者,按分层随机法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组以丁苯酞进行治疗,观察组在其基础上联合使用叶酸治疗,对比两组治疗效果及对认知能力、精神状态以及不良发应发生情况的影响。结果:治疗前两组MoCA评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后1月、2月两组MoCA评分有所提高且观察组MoCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组MMSE评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后1月和治疗后2月MMSE评分均有所提高且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前P300电位波幅和潜伏期对比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组波幅均有所提高,而潜伏期下降(P<0.05);观察组治疗后波幅高于对照组而潜伏期低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在MCI中以叶酸辅助丁苯酞治疗可有效的改善患者精神状态和认知功能,降低不良反应发生几率,安全性高,值得应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of folic acid-assisted butylphthalide on patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods: Eighty patients with mild cognitive dysfunction admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each. The control group was treated with butylphthalide, and the observation group was combined with folic acid treatment to compare the effects of the two groups on cognitive performance, mental state and adverse hair growth. Results: There was no significant difference in the MoCA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The MoCA scores of the two groups increased in the first month and the second month after treatment, and the MoCA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the MMSE scores between the two groups(P>0.05). The MMSE scores were improved in both groups after 1 month and 2 months after treatment, and the scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the amplitude and latency(P>0.05). After treatment, the amplitude of both groups increased and the latency decreased(P<0.05). The amplitude of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the latency was lower than that of the control group(P< 0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Folic acid-assisted butylphthalide treatment in MCI can effectively improve the mental state and cognitive function of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and has high safety and is worthy of application.
