潮州地区乡村小学教师专业自主发展现状及建议 被引量:2

摘要 对潮州地区乡村小学教师专业发展状况进行调查,发现其主要存在如下问题:教师在职业信念和态度上,对坚定地扎根农村学校工作的态度不是很稳固;通识性知识、学科教学知识以及教育教改的知识有待丰富与补充;专业发展能力中的"反思与发展能力"以及"激励评价与沟通合作能力"处于相对劣势的水平。问题存在的原因主要有:从内源性因素考虑,教师自主发展意识和能力缺乏;从外源性因素考虑,促进教师专业发展的"外在推动力"不足。因此,要更好促进潮州地区乡村小学教师专业自主发展,政府就必须从政策制度切实保障教师专业发展培训基金的拨付,改善教师的薪酬等待遇,提升乡村教师的职业满意度与幸福感;乡村学校要营造教师专业发展的制度与精神氛围;教师培训机构要着眼培训效果,实施多样化培训;乡村教师个体要提高自身专业发展的自觉,强化专业理想,提升发展能力,增强发展觉悟。 Based on the survey of professional development of rural primary school teachers in Chaozhou,the following problems are found:in terms of professional belief and attitude,teachers’ attitude towards firmly taking root in rural school work is not very stable;general knowledge,subject teaching knowledge and education reform knowledge need to be enriched and supplemented;the"ability of reflection and development"and the"ability of incentive evaluation,communication and cooperation"in professional development ability are at a relatively inferior level.The main reasons for such problems are as follows: from the perspective of endogenous factors, teachers lack the awareness and ability of self-development;from the perspective of exogenous factors,there is insufficient"external impetus"for teachers’ professional development.Therefore,in order to better promote the professional development of rural primary school teachers in Chaozhou,the government must effectively guarantee the allocation of training funds for teachers’ professional development,improve teachers’ salary and other treatments,and elevate the professional satisfaction and happiness of rural teachers.Besides,rural schools should create a system and spiritual atmosphere for teachers’ professional development.In addition,teachers’ training institutions should focus on the effectiveness of training and implement diversified training.Last but not least,rural teachers should raise their self-consciousness of professional development,strengthen their professional ideal,improve their development ability and enhance their awareness of development.
