会寻安生态经济区高质量发展的调研与思考

Research and Thinking on High Quality Development of the Huichang-Xunwu-Anyuan Eco-economic Zone

会昌、寻乌、安远是江西省赣州市的南大门,生态环境优越、生态地位特殊。近年来,赣州市启动和加快推进会寻安生态经济区建设,并取得明显成效;但经济总量小、财政实力弱、产业结构不合理、城乡居民收入低和大交通网络缺乏等突出问题没有根本改变。要坚持问题导向和新发展理念,着力加快补齐基础设施短板,着力提升生态环境质量,着力构建绿色产业体系,着力打造一批生态文明制度创新样板,推动会寻安生态经济区高质量跨越式发展。

The three counties of Huichang,Xunwu and Anyuan as the southern gates of Ganzhou,Jiangxi province,have superior ecological environment and special ecological status.In recent years,Ganzhou started and accelerated the construction of Huichang-Xunwu-Anyuan eco-economic zone,and made remarkable results.However,the outstanding problems such as small economic aggregate,weak financial strength,unreasonable industrial structure,low income of urban and rural residents and lack of large transportation network did not fundamentally change.We should speed up the improvement of infrastructure,improve the quality of ecological environment,construct a green industrial system and create a number of innovative models of ecological civilization system to promote the high-quality development of Huichang-Xunwu-Anyuan eco-economic zone,adhering to the concept of problem-oriented and new development.
