警察心理保健机制研究

Study on the Police Psychological Health Care Mechanism

从意识理念、组织建构、工作方式、工作评估、技术层面对警察心理保健机制进行了评析,提出以下完善对策:理念方面去急功近利,重实效长效;建立健全分工协同、职责清晰的专门机构;建章立制并贯彻执行,力求规范化、职责化;合理评估重视评估;源头保障,落实从优待警尤其是权益保障;获取系统外部支持,包括家属、群众、媒体、政府等;打造内部支持系统,借鉴EAP、EEP,重视职业文化的塑造等;持续研讨方式方法。

This study evaluates the mechanism of police psychological health care from the aspects of ideology,organization construction,working methods,work evaluation and technology,and puts forward the following countermeasures:to achieve quick results and quick benefits in terms of concept,to emphasize practical results and long-term effects;to establish and improve specialized agencies with clear division of labor,coordination and responsibilities;to establish and implement rules and regulations;We should strive for standardization and accountability;pay attention to evaluation in rational evaluation;guarantee the source and implement preferential treatment to police,especially the protection of rights and interests;obtain external support of the system,including family members,the masses,the media and the government;build internal support system,draw lessons from EAP and EEP,attach importance to the shaping of professional culture;and continue to discuss ways and means.
