对比剂诱导的急性肾损伤是一种心血管介入领域常见的医源性问题,常合并近期及远期的死亡率增加,甚至可能加速发展为肾功能不全。很多研究最终发现谨慎选择患者、水化、应用新型对比剂、减少对比剂用量是预防对比剂诱导的急性肾损伤最好的方法。现对这一领域的研究现状进行综述。

Contrast-induced acute kidney injury is a common iatrogenic problem in the field of cardiovascular intervention,often combined with an increase in short-term and long-term mortality,and may even accelerate the development of renal insufficiency.Many studies have finally found that careful selection of patients,hydration,application of new contrast agents,and reduction of contrast agents are the best ways to prevent contrast-induced acute kidney injury.The current research status in this field is reviewed in this article.
